You do this by creating a squeeze page, this is where you give details of the benefits your products/business opportunity offer and in return to receive these benefits the viewer opts in and gives you their details (email address and first name are the best).

Bullet point out the offer to make it stand out to the viewer; people don’t want to have to read a long chunk of text to find out what the offers/benefits are so make it clear for them. Also I recommend shooting a video where you explain the benefits; this is good for two reasons. Reason one is because you come across as a leader and reason two is people will relate to you and know you’re not a spamming robot.

Now you have a keyword loaded domain name and clear squeeze page you need to drive traffic to your site. There are many Internet Marketing techniques that are good for list building but I’m going to talk about free techniques as not everybody can afford paid advertising at first (I definitely couldn’t when I first started out).

You want to in my opinion to use social networking for starters, so set up accounts with the most popular; I highly recommend Facebook and Twitter as they are the two I have had the most success with. Once you have an account you want to target specific people you think will be interested in your product/business opportunity.
