Are you trying to earn money online? I want to tell you about a scenario. Tell me if this sounds like you. Many people set up a blog to intend to earn money from Google. They create a blog through a free blog platform, insert advertisements and create traffic. They start building back links and frantically check their web traffic statistics to see whether or not people are coming to their websites. Within a month, they give up on their blog as they think that there is no way they can earn money from blogging.

They say that patience is a virtue and that’s especially true when you’re trying to earn money from the internet. Many people think that once they’ve established their blogs that money will start coming in immediately and that they will be millionaires within a month of working online. Get rich quick is not the name of the game when becoming an Internet Marketer.

You need to start learning how to treat your websites like a business. Most businesses do not earn any income for a long time. More times than none, they will go under as they do not make any revenue. What makes you think your website or business is better than all the other millions of websites in the market? Chances are that there are millions of websites that are MUCH better than yours.

Once you understand the mentality that it will take time to earn money, you will start worrying less about web traffic, statistics and the lack of revenue and will start focusing on improving your website so that you will earn money in the future.

Your website is like a baby apple tree. An apple tree does not grow big and strong over night. You need to nurture and wait for your tree to slowly grow into a great big plant. The same goes for your website; it will not bear “fruit” over night. You will need to nurture your website through back links and will

Instead of having one website, build as many as possible. This way you can have a lot of residual income in the future. Stop reloading your browser and checking your web stats and start building your web “empire”. You will never earn money online if you sit and wait for something to happen. Take action!
