Those that want success in network marketing will have to put the effort to find the top MLM companies.

Most individuals enter the network marketing industry for the first time because they find a product they really enjoy and benefit from. From there, they get tempted by the business opportunity and they jump at it, convinced that everybody else will love the product as much as they do.

They are often even encouraged to just “share” the product with their family and friends. Unfortunately, most distributors find that to be a flawed business plan. After experiencing rejection a few times they bail out.

Some, notwithstanding, refuse to surrender. They see the earning potential in network marketing and the great power of residual income. They acknowledge MLM as the chance to attain their ambitions.

Some even become so attached to the network-marketing concept that they sooner or later bounce from company to company, looking for for success. Distributors who find themselves in this position would be wise to search for the top MLM companies.

This is not to say that other issues are not significant. A tested system, a strong upline team, comprehensible methods of training and strong lead generation techniques can all conduce to a distributors success.

But those will simply get you so far without the substructure of a strong company.

When looking for top network marketing companies here are some characteristics to consider:

-: 94% of people that join an MLM opportunity do so on a part-time basis. The top MLM companies are aware of this fact and design a compensation plan that will reward their part-time distributors. When only full-time disctributors make money in a company, it is a bad sign. This oftentimes has the contrary outcome when potential distributors see the big paychecks as being out of their grasp. Those looking at the large revenues could even come to see the presentation as a fraud.

-: Leaders that have experience building a downline and the will to standup for the distributors in the field of battle. Officials in the top MLM companies see how to build a network marketing business. They know that distributors are the lifeblood of the company. As a consequence, they make sure that every decision profits the people trying to create a home-based business.

-: Timing. You can join an MLM company too soon, and also too late. Most top MLM companies have been around for at least 5 years. Keep away from the latest MLM launches, pre-launches and “ground level opportunities”. Also from those MLM companies that you heard about 20 years ago.

-: Products that people would buy even if a business opportunity wasn’t attached. Most network marketing companies have great products, but they’re priced so high that the only reason to buy them is to get in the business. Top MLM companies have great products that are competitively priced.

-: People that make great business partners. One of the great things about network marketing is the ability to choose people who you would like to be in your business. Top MLM companies attract and keep good people.
