While attending Ed Dale’s coming home live event in Melbourne last month, I met David Jenyns a serial entrepreneur and SEO expert.
David asked if I was willing to do an interview with him about buying and selling websites, however we ended up talking about a lot more.

If you had to choose between WordPress or a HTML coded site, which one would it be? It is an undisputed fact that WordPress is one of the most popular web design tools in today’s online arena. Just take a good look around while browsing the Net and you’ll see a host of wonderfully designed sites built on WordPress.
While WordPress is pretty decent straight out of the box, it becomes a killer CMS (content management system) with the help of plugins, widgets and the likes. HTML coded sites on the other hand are often more toned down, in fact they are best used for sites that are not updated frequently.
