Numis Network – Thoughts From An Industry Expert

by Ellie Gant

I have enjoyed plenty of success with various multilevel marketing programs in my years within the industry. I have seen all kind of different products and programs and I try to keep my eye on what is new as well as what is old. The Numis Network is itself relatively new to the MLM industry but the people behind it are not.

I always look at the same three things whenever I look into an MLM program such as the Numis Network. I look at the product, the company and its founders, and the marketing materials made available to the distributors.

While there is nothing new about collectible coins, the product of the Numis Network, I can honestly say I have never seen them offered through a network marketing plan like they are with Numis. Originality is always a plus but it would be foolish not to point out that the collectibles market is soft in times of economic recession.

At this time the Numis Network is only offering MS70 American Eagle Silver Dollar coins. They have future plans to add different coins from various collectible coin certification groups to their product line. If the current recession continues to turn around the Numis product might look very appealing.

Most of the founders behind the Numis Network are not new to multilevel marketing. Mike Mezack may not know multilevel marketing but he does know collectible coins. Jake Kevorkian was not only the president of Vaxa he is also the host of the Consumer Education Network show on AM Radio out of Tampa, FL. Ian Cordell and Christopher Kent come from IDSTC where they became well known for creating web based tools to aid distributors in growing and managing their MLM networks.

When you look at the accomplishments of Ian and Chris with their previous venture, IDSTC, it only seems reasonable to expect that the back office tools and marketing materials provided by Numis Network will be top notch. The quality of these tools will be irrelevant if a distributor lacks the marketing knowledge needed to use them effectively.

The Numis Network was launched in June of 2009 making it a relative new comer in the MLM industry. Many people think that it is essential to get in early if you want to succeed with MLM. This is not really true, but it can certainly be helpful if you can get in to a program early.

Ultimately the biggest factor in success or failure with any MLM, including the Numis Network, is marketing skill. With the proper techniques you can turn any MLM into a viable home business opportunity.

How to Choose the Right Website Designer

by Steven Snell

In today’s competitive marketplace, every business has a need to have a company website that communicates with customers and potential customers. Most of your business’s potential customers will turn to the internet when they want to get information or buy something from you, and they will expect you to have a good website.

However, even though businesses truly need a good website, it is common for business owners to be uncomfortable with the process of hiring a designer. Most of the time this occurs because it is something that the business owner is not familiar with and it is just a little bit outside of their comfort zone. While the whole situation and process can at times be intimidating, hiring the right designer and getting a great website shouldn’t be something that you are avoiding.

As you are working through the process of getting a site designed and developed, the most critical decision that must be made is hiring the right person or company to do the work. By hiring the right designer you will be working with an expert that can help to lead you through the process and will work together with you to make sure that you get a great website that works for you.

But how do you know who is the right designer for your project? Here are some of the most important factors to consider.

1. Experience

A common misconception is that all web designers are the same. This could not be further from the truth. It’s very easy for someone to start a web design business, and there is no regulatory body to prevent people who are not qualified from owning a business. As a result, there are a lot of inexperienced designers that are competing with much more experienced professionals.

Make sure that you ask any designers that you are considering to explain to you their level of experience. Ask about the projects that they have worked on in the past and ask about their specific role. This will help to eliminate a situation where you hire a designer who is not qualified.

However, not all designers who lack significant experience should be eliminated from your consideration. Even the best designers started somewhere, and someone without loads of experience may be able to do a very good job at what you are looking for. Just be aware that experience will usually have an impact on the outcome of the project and use this as one of your determining factors.

2. The Designer’s Portfolio

One thing you will definitely want to evaluate is the work that is in the designer’s portfolio. The quality of their other projects should give you an idea of the quality of work that they are capable of and that you would receive. If items in the portfolio do not live up to your quality expectations there is little reason to believe that you would be happy with the work if you were to hire the designer.

Another thing to consider is that you may want to specifically ask the designer if he or she can show you some work that would directly relate to your project. For example, if you are looking for someone to design a blog for you, pay the most attention to other blog designs that he or she has done and put less emphasis on other types of websites.

Seeing examples of work from projects that are similar to yours will give you the best idea of what they are capable of and how it will turn out for you.

3. Cost

Price is usually the number one factor that businesses use when deciding on a designer. While it should be a consideration, it should not by any means be the sole determining factor. Remember that you get what you pay for (in most cases) and skimping on the website will negatively impact your business by having a sub-par website.

4. Timing and Availability

When you are talking to designers about your project be sure that you ask them when they would be able to start on your website. It’s not uncommon for designers to have a little bit of a backlog that will prevent them from starting new projects right away.

If you have a tight deadline that must be met, this is a factor that you will definitely want to keep in mind, and it may even eliminate some designers from your consideration. You can help to prevent this by planning ahead.

5. Communication

Many business owners underestimate how much communication is involved in the process of designing a website and how much impact that communication has on the end result. The designer will know very little about your business aside from what you tell him or her, and your needs and goals must also be clearly understood by the designer.

Throughout the process you will probably have a great deal of communication with the designer, so be sure that you hire someone that shows the ability and desire to communicate effectively with you.

With airsoft rifles becoming more and more popular every day, there have been a lot of new airsoft based ecommerce websites popping up it seems. This is a good thing for the most part, but you still need to be fairly careful when choosing which airsoft gun retailer you give your money to.

There are a few important things to take into consideration when deciding which online airsoft rifle shop you want to go with. For example, what is their shipping policy? You would be surprised how many of these airsoft rifle shops take 3-5 business days before they even ship your gun out. And on top of that, most of them ship via UPS Ground, which can take 1-6 business days.

Just as important, is their policy for returning broken or defective airsoft guns. For example, are they willing to replace a defective gun, and if so, how long do you have to send the gun back? And who pays for the shipping costs involved with returning a broken gun? Basically if a website doesnt offer at least a 10 day return/replacement policy for broken or defective guns, then it is highly recommended that you find a different website to buy from.

The main reason why this is an important factor is because a lot of the electric airsoft guns (and airsoft sniper rifles) are manufactured in China, where quality control seems to be a bit lacking, especially with certain manufacturers.

However, there are certain brands that dont generally have many issues at all, in which case the return policy wouldnt be as critical. But there are a few brands that are KNOWN to have a fair amount of problems, and those brands are: WELL, AGM, and Jing Gong (JG). Also, be especially cautious about buying airsoft sniper rifles, as those tend to have the most issues for some reason.

When it comes to the prices on these airsoft rifle retail sites, they are usually fairly competitive with eachother, and tend to have pretty similar pricing. Basically just do a little price comparing between the sites and find the one that has the best price (and of course a reasonable shipping & return policy).

It isnt too hard to find a good online airsoft retailer if you do a bit of searching on google, but there are 3 known sites that have been tried and proven, and offer great prices and exceptional service. Those 3 sites are: Airsplat, Pyramydair, and AirsoftGI. For the most part you will find that Pyramydair and Airsplat have the best prices around, but AirsoftGI has great prices too, and they offer excellent customer service as well.

When it comes to Airsplat and Pyramydair, usually Airsplat will have slightly lower prices. But in Pyramydairs defense, they generally have better customer service, and tend to respond to their emails much quicker than Airsplat. Also, Pyramydair is based in Ohio, while Airsplat is located in California. This can be a factor when it comes to shipping time, depending on where you are located.
