So when’s the perfect time to send e-mails? When they will be read of course. What time is that? This can be a hard answer to find, but this article will show you exactly how to find that perfect time.

You see, it’s pretty obvious why this question gets asked so often. If we email marketers know when our audience is sitting at their computers, then there’s a better chance that they’ll see it. If they see it, they might open it, click on our links, take out their credit cards and buy our stuff.

What makes some times better then others? Lots of things. You want a time when the inbox is mostly empty so it will be noticed. You want a time when they are sitting at their computers with a few extra minutes to play and browse.

But for the most part, it’s guesswork. And just guessing the best time to send an email doesn’t put money in your bank accounts.

If you want to be certain about the best time to send an email, then you need to follow this simple two-step system

Step #1: Find out when most of your readers are online.

This does not have to be a guessing game. Use your website to find this answer by discovering when your site is the busiest. This information will be in the traffic logs. After a while, you’ll notice a pattern emerging based on day and time range so you’ll have an approximate date and time as to when to send an e-mail.
