Essential social skills are picked up by kids at home in their early years and more often than not they provide us with adorable memories for the rest of our lives. Its a period, given the choice most parents would want to be part of all the time and readily swap with leaving for work daily. It is a shame then that mums and dads are left feeling guilty knowing that their choices are limited and that they have to forgo those beautiful memories to go to work.
