You constantly hear a ringing in your ears that isn’t your wife’s nagging voice. Well, that also includes it. But aside from your her voice, there’s still the endless ringing in your ears that only you can hear. When you hear a constant buzzing sound that doesn’t go off, you most likely have tinnitus. You are probably used to it by now but it’s still really bothering.
